Part vocalist, part toastmaster, part MC, part on-the-day coordinator — your Singing Host keeps everything moving, keeps everyone informed, and keeps the energy sky-high.

From welcoming guests at the ceremony and singing you down the aisle, to hyping the crowd for your entrance, introducing speeches, surprising guests with a surprise set after the meal, providing a powerful PA system for all the important moments of the day, leading that all-important final toast, and even performing your first dance live! — we’re there at every key moment to make it unforgettable.

What's included? 

 

 

Ceremony

• Greet and instruct guests on arrival

• Guide everyone to their seats

• Provide live vocals down the aisle or manage ceremony audio through our PA system

• Ensure registrars and readings are clearly heard

• Option to sing as guests exit

 

Drinks Reception

• Gather and coordinate guests for photos (with plenty of fun and energy)

• Set up PA in the wedding breakfast room

• Guide everyone to their seats

• Deliver a big, memorable welcome for the couple (sung live, music-led, or crowd-hyped)

 

Wedding Breakfast

• Curate and play background music during dinner

• Option to perform songs between courses

• Surprise 25–30 minute singing set after dessert or speeches

• Introduce speeches and lead the room

• Lead a final toast thanking staff and suppliers (with an optional surprise breakout performance)

• Smoothly guide guests out of the room for turnover

 

Evening

• Welcome evening guests

• Announce cake cutting

• Announce first dance

• Option to perform the first dance live

 

 

Optional Extras

• 1 × 45-minute additional live evening set

• 2 × 45-minute additional live evening sets

• DJ/Disco

• Additional Singing Waiter

• Band

 

We liaise directly with your venue and suppliers throughout, making sure everything feels seamless and stress-free.

 

Our Singing Hosts can dress to match your day’s style, from Greatest Showman-inspired or Toastmaster red to jazzy/glitzy looks or classic black-tie tuxedos.
