A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms. Deposit payments made are fully refundable within 2 weeks of purchase but then non-refundable, except as stated in the cancellation policy.

3. Event Cancellations and Modifications
3.1 Cancellations by the Client
If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on when the cancellation occurs, a cancellation fee may apply, as detailed in the booking agreement.
3.2 Cancellations by Singing Waiters UK
In the unlikely event that Singing Waiters UK must cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control (such as illness or unforeseen emergencies), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date, based on the client’s preference.

Any changes to event details (e.g., venue, date, number of performers) must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. If the change impacts the service or requires additional costs, those changes will be reflected in a revised agreement.

4.1 Performance Quality
We strive to provide high-quality performances, however, Singing Waiters UK does not guarantee the suitability of the performance for any specific event, audience, or circumstance.
4.2 Client Obligations
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue meets the necessary requirements for the performance, including sufficient space, lighting, and sound equipment (should the audience be in excess of 200 people)
4.3 Access to Venue
The client must provide sufficient access to the event venue for the performers to set up and perform in a timely manner.
